In the early '90s a health and wellness course I was taking at Glendale Community College paved the way for a creative new life. The instructor had asked a simple question:

"If you could do anything without fail – what would you be doing?"

A rock n' roll singer. If I could do anything without fail, I'd be a rock n' roll singer. I began playing the guitar and wrote a song.

Although I did become a singer/songwriter - playing gigs over the next 10 years - I discovered much more. I learned that although I trusted my intuition, I was still out of balance. I had dreams, but didn't know how to harness my creative energy, I didn't have a plan.

In 2002, I met Lucia Capacchione. Through her Creative Journaling, and Visioning® certification programs, I learned to honor my emotions: the barometer for bringing my life into balance.

I am now a certified Creative Journal Expressive Arts facilitator and Visioning® Coach. I have led group workshops on topics that include Conflict Resolution, Creativity and Self Empowerment. I am also writing an expressive arts workbook about my experience.

I know that the right questions lead us to the right answers. 

And I still want to be a rock n' roll singer.
