In 2002, I met Lucia Capacchione. Through her Creative Journaling, and Visioning® certification programs, I learned to honor my emotions: the barometer for bringing my life into balance. I then taught the kids in my songwriting program how to manage their emotions through Creative Journaling.

I am now a certified Creative Journal Expressive Arts facilitator and Visioning® Coach. I have led group workshops on topics that include Conflict Resolution, Creativity, Self Empowerment and Dream interpretation.

My clients include the YMCA, Juvenile Services Center in San Luis Obispo, California Conservation Corp and Lucia Mar Adult Education.

I  have written a musical based on these methods called Fire! and am completing a magazine series based on my Life Coaching techniques.
